Return & Exchange
- We do not accept returns as every piece is made to order. We only provide exchange of size or alteration and store credit in some cases. Custom orders cannot be altered further/exchanged. For any alteration requests, please write to us at studioemme.in@gmail.com.

In case of any alteration/exchange of size, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 10 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition, worn or after the given time. The product can only be exchanged/altered/returned once.
- In case the product is defected/damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 7-day window. Custom orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Incase of exchange/alteration, it takes 7-15 days for us to make the desired changes and ship the products back to the customer.
- The cost of sending the product to us, if any, has to be borne by the customer. You will have to self-ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/exchanged product at our expense. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. - For international clients, if you wish to exchange a garment, you will have to ship it back to us yourself and pay for shipping again for the exchanged garment. We only ship the exchanged garment free of cost, domestically.
- The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact and in its original packaging. EMME holds all rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.
- We do not accept returns against refunds as all sales are final.
