Shipping Policy

SHIPPING IN INDIA:
  • We dispatch most orders within 12-15 working days. Unexpected delays can occur, hence we would inform you about the same.

  • We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery. We do not provide cash on delivery.

  • Orders are delivered within 3-4 working days from the day of dispatch. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 7-8 working days. In case the delivery is not accepted in the second attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 2000 - INR 4000 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.
  • Delivery can take up to 15-20 working days from the order date. delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • EMME is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.
